There are 10 basic ways to find out if you need to cut back on the internet
1. If you fall asleep on the computer.
2. If your morning schedule involves jacking off to internet porn, taking a shower, brushing your teeth, and then jacking off once more.
3. You write about going to the bathroom or your ingrown toenail on your facebook account.
4. If you choose masturbating on the internet over having sex with your girlfriend or boyfriend.
5. When you start to order take out food online
6. If you have to sneak what you're doing at work, school, or at home.
7. Exceed over 5 email accounts.
8. Hopefully not, but if you make videos of yourself high or drunk.
9. You've spent more than $1,000 shopping online.
10. If you are actually reading ALL of this post.
1-3 0ut of 10; give the computer a rest for a couple of weeks.
5-7 out of 10; put the computer down, breath, reboot, and rejoin the world of the living.
8-10 out of 10; you need prayer.
